Stuffed tomatoes

Tomates rellenos
This recipe is easy and foolproof.

Ingredients:

4 large tomatoes
2 handfuls of spinach
80gr Couscous
Mozzarella cheese to taste

Steps:

1. Remove the cap from the tomatoes and empty the inside.
2. In a bowl, mix the couscous with the tomato paste, raw spinach and diced mozzarella cheese.
3. We fill the tomatoes
4. We put a good splash of oil in the pan and a few tablespoons of water
5. Let it cook for about 30/40 minutes
