Let's go with the soups and cold creams that are so desired at this time. A refreshing recipe for its ingredients, in addition to being loaded with vitamins that we need so much to combat the heat.
Time: 45 minutes
200ml freshly squeezed orange juice
500ml vegetable broth
Extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
We cover the bottom of our Titan Rock tall saucepan with olive oil, heat and add the chopped onion, sauté until it begins to soften.
Add the previously washed carrots (leave the skin on) and chop them, sauté together with the onion.
Add the broth, juice, salt, pepper, ginger and orange zest. Let it cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
We blend and add the cream, leave it on the heat for a few minutes and serve.
We decorate with a little oregano and chopped toasted almonds.
