Time: 1h 30 minutes
Difficulty: Medium
Servings: 2
Ingredients
400g strong flour
250ml of water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
25g fresh yeast
Cherry tomatoes
Salt flakes
fresh rosemary
Preparation
- In a bowl we put the warm water, dissolve the yeast and sugar.
- Sift the flour into the bowl and mix until the ingredients are integrated.
- We put a little oil in our hands and work the dough until it is smooth and uniform. It's okay if it sticks a little, this dough is like that.
- We grease our Solid+ griddle with oil and put the dough on it, let it rest for approximately 1 hour.
- We preheat the oven to 250º.
- Once the time has passed, we stretch the dough with our hands, bake until golden (halfway through baking we brush with olive oil).
- Once ready, we take out and put on it flakes of salt, rosemary, olive oil and the cherry tomatoes previously sautéed with a little olive oil.
- We serve.
