Red mullets with rice salad, video recipe

When the heat is on it is best to have something cool and healthy. We bring you a delicious rice salad that we accompany with some grilled mullet loins. A dish to preserve the diet and that accompanies these hot days.

Ingredients:
  • 3 mullets
  • 200 g wild rice
  • 5 young garlic
  • a handful of raisins
  • A handful of chopped walnuts
  • 1 tomato
  • 1⁄2 goat cheese roll
  • arugula
  • Salt
  • Vinegar
  • Honey
  • Oil
Preparation:
  1. Bring a saucepan to a boil for the wild rice.

  2. Meanwhile, cut the young garlic and put in a large bowl. Add the raisins and chopped walnuts.
  3. Cut the tomato and goat cheese into cubes. To incorporate.
  4. Once the wild rice is boiled according to the manufacturer's conditions, drain and add cold to the mixture. Stir and cool.
  5. Clean the mullet loins with a very sharp knife. In a MINERAL grill 28 cm wide, place the loins for 1 minute on each side so that they do not remain dry. Put a pinch of salt on each one.
  6. On a large plate, serve the rice salad, along with the arugula. Top with mullet loins.
  7. Drizzle everything with honey vinaigrette (salt, vinegar, oil, 1 c/c honey).
