Salmón en salsa de curry

Ingredients for 2 people:
• 2 salmon loins
•4 young garlic
•1 fresh red chili
•1 lemon
•1 tsp of red curry pasta
•1 can of coconut milk
•Salt pepper
•Oil
•Cilantro
• Spices to taste (cumin, garlic powder)

Preparation:
1. Cut the clean salmon with skin into loins of approximately 4 of two. Season with salt and pepper, add cumin and garlic powder and massage with olive oil.

2. Sear over very high heat in the Monix Titan Rock frying pan for 2 minutes on each side. Take out and reserve.

3.In the same pan with a little oil, add young garlic, sliced ​​red chili and some sliced ​​lemons.
Let it brown for about 4 minutes over medium heat.

4.It is time to add the curry paste, toast a little and then add the can of full-fat coconut milk. Keep the mixture on low heat for a few minutes.

5.Introduce the previously reserved salmon loins.

Boil the whole thing for 3 minutes so that the heat reaches the center of the loins.
