You are going to love these vegetable rolls, they are delicious, you don't need many ingredients and they also look incredible.
Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cabbage (not too big)
- rice wafers
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Chili to taste
Steps
- We cut the vegetables into thin strips (we can grate them if it is more comfortable)
- We sauté the vegetables in the wok, adding the soy sauce and chili (ocpionail)
- When the vegetables are done, we reserve.
- We soak the rice wafers a little and fill them with the vegetables. We close well and add a second layer of wafers.
- We add a little sesame on top and sauté the vegetable bags in the wok until they are golden brown on both sides.
