Ingredients:
- 3 carrots
- 4 medium potatoes
- 250g of peas
- 1 cooked beet
- 120g pitted olives
- Mayonnaise
Steps:
- Cut the carrots and potatoes into small squares
- Boil with the peas for about 15-20 minutes with a splash of oil and a handful of salt.
- While the cooked vegetables are cooling, cut the beets and olives into squares to taste.
- Mix all the vegetables and add mayonnaise until well coated.
