Tomato risotto

Risotto de tomates
Delicious Tomato Risotto, perfect for any special occasion.


200g risotto rice
300g natural tomato sauce
1 onion
Vegetables soup
1 glass of white wine
2 cloves of garlic
500g cherry tomatoes
Dehydrated tomatoes
Olive oil
Pepper and salt to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese
fresh basil


1. Chop the onion.
2. In a pot we put a base of oil. Add the onion and garlic.
3. We put the broth to heat.
4. Once golden, add 250g of Cherry tomatoes (cut in half) and cook for about 10 minutes.
5. We add the rice and break it down with a glass of white wine.
6. We add the tomato sauce. And we remove.
7. We add the hot broth little by little and continue stirring until the risotto is cooked
8. In a separate pot we are going to add plenty of oil
9. Once it is hot, we add a branch of thyme and basil, the rest of the cherry and leave them over medium heat to preserve for about 10-15 minutes.
10. We add them on top of the risotto with a touch of sprinkled parmesan cheese.
