Pumpkin quiche

Do you need a snack idea for hangouts with family or friends? With this pumpkin quiche you are sure to get it right, with seasonal ingredients and very easy to cook. Ideal for people allergic to eggs. Try it! It's delicious!


  • 1 Quiche dough
  • 2 leeks
  • 5 mushrooms
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 250ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 250g of roasted pumpkin
  • Grated cheese
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • evoo
  • salt


  1. Cut and sauté the leek in the pan along with the mushrooms until they are soft.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese together with the milk, cornstarch, and pumpkin and mix until smooth.
  3. Add the sautéed vegetables to the bowl and season with salt and pepper while stirring to integrate the mixture.
  4. We add salt, spices and the grated cheese and mix
  5. We spread the shortcrust pastry in the container and pour the mixture
  6. We top with grated cheese (Optional)
  7. We bake for about 25 minutes at 200ºC.
  8. We let it rest for a couple of hours for the dough to settle… enjoy!
