Today we are going to cook hake with clams in a moment and in a pan. Go for it.
Ingredients:
3-4 slices of hake
350 g of clams
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
¾ tablespoon wheat flour
120 ml white wine
250 ml fish broth or water
Salt to taste
Chopped parsley
Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
- Prepare the vegetables, chop the onion and garlic. Soak the clams in cold salted water for half an hour and add salt to the hake slices on both sides.
faces. - Prepare your Monix® Eco Nature frying pan, pour a good splash of oil and heat it up. Pour the chopped onion with the garlic and sauté.
- When your onion is golden brown, it is time to add the flour and cook it for a couple of minutes to toast it. Add the wine and let it evaporate.
- Now it's time to add the broth and cook it for 5 minutes. Place the fish slices in the sauce, the clams and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid until the clams open and cook for about 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and ready to serve.
