It's not enough to be amazed, this no-bake dessert is a revolution. The only difficulty it has is that the refrigerator cools quickly so that it can be eaten.
A refreshing recipe, delicious texture and best of all, everyone will like it.

Ingredients
500ml cream 35% fat
120g sugar
Lemon zest
100ml lemon juice
Raspberries
Preparation
- In our Coper saucepan we put the cream, sugar and lemon zest.
- Heat until boiling, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
- Keep over low heat once it starts to boil for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, add lemon juice, mix and let cool.
- We pour into molds, cups or glasses and refrigerate until set, approximately 3-4 hours but if you leave it overnight much better.
- We take out and decorate with raspberries and lemon zest.
