Pudding de limón

It's not enough to be amazed, this no-bake dessert is a revolution. The only difficulty it has is that the refrigerator cools quickly so that it can be eaten.

A refreshing recipe, delicious texture and best of all, everyone will like it.

Difficulty: Easy

Time: 20 minutes+4 hours to cool



500ml cream 35% fat

120g sugar

Lemon zest

100ml lemon juice



  1. In our Coper saucepan we put the cream, sugar and lemon zest.
  2. Heat until boiling, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Keep over low heat once it starts to boil for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat, add lemon juice, mix and let cool.
  5. We pour into molds, cups or glasses and refrigerate until set, approximately 3-4 hours but if you leave it overnight much better.
  6. We take out and decorate with raspberries and lemon zest.
