Ingredients:

1 whole chicken cut butterfly

500g potatoes small for garnish

500ml red wine

6 cloves of garlic

1 large onion

Salt

Black pepper

Thyme

Olive oil extra virgin

Preparation:

  1. We ask our butcher to prepare the chicken with butterfly cut, this way we will speed up the baking time.
  2. Place the chicken in a bowl along with the wine, salt, pepper and thyme. We let it marinate for between half an hour and an hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200º.
  4. In our Solid+ saucepan we cover the bottom with olive oil, add the garlic, the chopped onion and brown it.
  5. Add the potatoes cut into large and washed wedges (we can leave the skin on) and sauté for a few minutes.
  6. We place the chicken along with all the marinating liquid and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. We take out and serve immediately.
