Patatas griegas

The potatoes They love them, whether in stews, fried, cooked, steamed... there are a thousand ways to elaborate them. Today we present this recipe which, as you can see, is a temptation.

Ingredients

1 kg of potatoes small for garnish

6-7 cloves of garlic

50ml oil extra virgin olive

Rosemary

Oregano

Salt

Pepper

Juice of 1/2 lemon

For the sauce

2 Greek yogurts

100g feta cheese

Spices to taste

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Time: 1 hour

Difficulty: Low

Number of diners: 4-5

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven at 180º.
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In In a bowl, put the potatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, spices, salt. and pepper.
  4. Remove to integrate all the ingredients well.
  5. Put 28cm Mineral frying pan on the heat, add the potatoes and sauté over heat strong until the oil is well impregnated and they begin to cook.
