We definitely declare ourselves LOVERS of potatoes in all their versions. Potatoes in the kitchen give us countless dishes, cooked, baked, in stews, they serve both for a broken and a torn one.
Today we bring you this recipe that will not leave you indifferent.

Ingredients
1kg small potatoes
100ml extra virgin olive oil
fresh thyme
fresh rosemary
Sage
Parsley
1 clove garlic
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
- We fill our Solid+ saucepan with water, put it on the heat and once it starts to boil we add the potatoes and a little salt.
- We let them cook for about 15 minutes or until they are almost tender, we check by pricking them.
- While the potatoes are cooking, put the oil, salt, pepper, the peeled garlic clove and the fresh aromatics in the blender glass, blend and set aside.
- Once the potatoes are tender, drain and place on the Solid+ tray.
- With the help of a glass, we crush them a little so that they open, we sprinkle with a little bit of the oil that we have prepared and we bake at 200º (previously preheated oven).
- Once they are golden and crispy, we take them out and serve.
- We decorate with salt and aromatic flakes.
