We already know that time sometimes makes us eat the first thing we catch, but it is a mistake. You will have this stew ready in half an hour at most.
A quick, healthy recipe that will surely surprise you because it has everything.
Time: 30 minutes
Difficulty: Low
Servings:4-6
Ingredients
2 leeks
2 cloves of garlic
1kg frozen stew
150g ham slices
Olive oil
Salt
1 1/2 glass of vegetable broth
Elaboration
- We cover the bottom of our Presto pot with olive oil, put it on the fire and heat it up.
- Add the chopped leek and the finely chopped garlic cloves. We sauté until softened.
- Add the stew, season with salt and pepper and fry for a few minutes.
- We add the vegetable broth, we close the pot and once the weight rises we leave it for 4 minutes.
- We remove it from the heat, we wait for the steam to come out of the pot and once the weight drops, we open it.
- We keep on heat until the broth reduces.
- We add the pinches of ham, sauté and serve.
Suggestions:
To give a special touch to our stew, something as simple as frying a slice of hard bread, crushing it in a mortar and adding it to the vegetable broth. This will make the resulting sauce more sticky.
