Lentils with rosemary and thyme

Lentils with the usual flavor. Lentils are that dish that reminds us of home, of home. They are practically culture. At home, every house has one day a week when lentils are cooked. What day is yours?

Today we leave you a very simple recipe, thanks to the ease of cooking with the pressure cooker. With an aromatic Mediterranean flavor that reminds us of thyme, rosemary and lemon.


1 clove garlic

1 red onion

1 sprig of rosemary

1 sprig of thyme

1 tsp paprika

2 tbsp crushed tomato

350 gr of lentils

500 g of mushrooms

2 carrots

2 potatoes

2 liters of water





1. Chop the garlic and onion

2. With a splash of oil, sauté the onion and garlic and add the rosemary and thyme and stir for a few seconds.

3. Add the paprika and crushed tomato. We fry for a few minutes

4. We cut the potatoes, carrots and mushrooms

5. We add the rest of the ingredients and the water

6. We close the pot and program 20 min.

7. We serve with a little lemon and parsley
