Your mouth is watering, right? This puff pastry is delicious, a combination of incredible flavors, which will surely taste like a little something.
A perfect option to serve as an aperitif, at an informal dinner and it is best to present it however you like.
Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry
1-2 fuji apples
50g raw almonds
100g blue cheese
Honey
Elaboration
- We preheat the oven to 200º.
- We wash and core the apples. We cut into thin slices.
- In a processor we grind the almonds, without chopping too much, leaving small pieces.
- We put baking paper on our Solid+ griddle and spread the puff pastry base.
- Prick in the center with a fork, leaving the edges free to rise.
- We spread a little honey on the puff pastry, half of the crushed almonds and place the apple slices.
- Crumble the blue cheese over the apples and cover with the rest of the chopped almonds.
- We bake until the puff pastry is golden.
- We take out and serve.
- We decorate with honey on top.
