How comforting spoon dishes are. We love creams because we could also make thousands of variations, today we bring you a mushroom cream that you are going to love.

Ingredients
500g mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
Extra virgin olive oil
100ml cream
Salt
Ground black pepper
1 potato
1 grenade
fresh thyme
Elaboration
- Peel the garlic and onion, chop finely.
- We clean and chop the mushrooms.
- Peel and dice the potato.
- In our Titan Rock tall saucepan we cover the bottom with olive oil, heat and sauté garlic and onion until golden. We cook over low heat so as not to burn, it should be golden and soft.
- Add the mushrooms and potato, sauté for a few minutes and add the broth.
- Cook for approximately 20 minutes and blend.
- We add the cream, put it back on the heat for a few minutes and serve.
- We decorate with pomegranate and fresh thyme.
