Hamburgers are a dish that everyone usually likes. They can be served in many ways, for example between bread and bread, without any type of bread, with potatoes, a salad or any other garnish.
But hamburgers do not necessarily have to be all meat, they can be prepared with other ingredients such as vegetables, cereals or legumes.
The latter become a delicious option for all those people who want to reduce their meat intake or simply want to vary their cooking with new healthy recipes.
This type of burger is also ideal for camouflaging some ingredients that children do not like, such as some vegetables or legumes, and incorporating them into their diet.
