Chickpeas with squid

A comforting stew that is made in just 20 minutes and is delicious.

For 2 servings:

500 g chopped squid

1 jar of cooked chickpeas (400g)

1 tomato

1 onion

1 clove garlic

1 tsp sweet paprika

500 ml fish broth

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

Chop the vegetables and the garlic clove. Sauté the onion and tomato with the olive oil.

After 5 minutes, add the chopped garlic and chopped squid. Integrate and cook for a couple of minutes.

Add the paprika and mix everything. Next add the cooked chickpeas and cover with the fish broth.

Cook over medium heat with a lid for 15 minutes and that's it!
