Chicken with vegetables


A great ally for our recipes, chicken. Surely you know a thousand recipes, but there will always be some that you need to try. Today we bring you these thighs with vegetables that are perfect for dipping bread and not stopping.

A recipe with the usual flavor that you will love.


4-5 against chicken mules

3 carrots

1 red pepper

2 green peppers

1 red onion

1 bay leaf




1 glass of wine

Chicken soup


  1. Season the thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. We peel and chop the vegetables and reserve.
  3. We cover the bottom of our Nature frying pan with olive oil, heat and brown the thighs. Once golden, we take out and reserve.
  4. We add the onion, carrot and peppers to the pan. We sauté until softened.
  5. Once the vegetables are ready, add the thighs, wine, bay leaf, thyme, stir and let the alcohol evaporate.
  6. We cover with the chicken broth, raise the heat a little and let it consume until leaving a thick sauce.
  7. Before it is completely consumed, we add the diced mushrooms. We adjust the salt if necessary.
  8. Once ready, we take out and serve.
