Ingredients
4-5 against chicken mules
3 carrots
1 red pepper
2 green peppers
1 red onion
1 bay leaf
Salt
Pepper
Thyme
1 glass of wine
Chicken soup
Preparation
- Season the thighs with salt and pepper.
- We peel and chop the vegetables and reserve.
- We cover the bottom of our Nature frying pan with olive oil, heat and brown the thighs. Once golden, we take out and reserve.
- We add the onion, carrot and peppers to the pan. We sauté until softened.
- Once the vegetables are ready, add the thighs, wine, bay leaf, thyme, stir and let the alcohol evaporate.
- We cover with the chicken broth, raise the heat a little and let it consume until leaving a thick sauce.
- Before it is completely consumed, we add the diced mushrooms. We adjust the salt if necessary.
- Once ready, we take out and serve.
