I love the Twin SOLID+, they are a real invention and very practical. We make the same roasted peppers, rice or meatballs like today. You will see that while in one of them we fry some delicious homemade meatballs, in the other we can cook the sauce. When both preparations are ready, we use one of them as a lid so that everything finishes cooking and the flavors mix. 2 in 1.
⚡️Ingredients for 4 people:
For the meatballs:
● 2 eggs
● 2 tablespoons of white wine
● 80 ml of milk
● 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
● 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
● 1 cup of chopped parsley
● 100 g of pork
● 600 g minced beef
● Salt and pepper
To coat and fry:
● Flour to wrap the meatballs
● Extra virgin olive oil For the sauce:
● 1-2 onions, chopped
● 2 carrots in cubes
● 1 chopped green pepper
● 120 ml of white wine
● 1 peeled tomato cut into cubes
● 1 clove of minced garlic
● 600 ml homemade meat broth
● 150-200 g frozen peas
● Salt
💥Step by step:
1. For the meatballs: Put the minced meat in a bowl and pour the eggs, wine, milk, chopped garlic clove, breadcrumbs and chopped parsley and mix with the help of a fork. Add salt and pepper and let sit for 15 minutes. Test the salt level and form balls that you will have to pass through flour.
2. In the Twin SOLID+ frying pan, pour oil and heat, fry the meatballs just enough, we will finish them in the sauce. Remove and reserve.
3. For the sauce: In the other half of your Twin SOLID+ frying pan, add olive oil and sauté the vegetables: onion, green pepper and carrots.
When they start to take color, add the garlic and tomato and let them brown.
4. Add the wine and let it reduce over medium heat so that the alcohol evaporates. Pour in the homemade broth and cook for about 18-20 minutes so that it concentrates.
5. After that time, add the peas and meatballs, cover to cook with the other half of your Twin SOLID+ and let it chup chup for 5-10 minutes over low heat. Food list.
