Galleta con chocolate en sartén

There is no aroma that we like more than the one that cookies leave behind when they bake. But what if we told you that you can finish earlier and present your cookies differently.

If you are preparing a birthday party, a special snack, or just feel like giving someone a surprise, this giant skillet cookie will be perfect.

Ingredients:
  • 280g flour
  • 120g melted butter
  • 200g brown sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 150g chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
  1. We preheat the oven to 180º.
  2. We beat the butter together with the sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add the beaten egg and vanilla, mix but do not beat too much.
  4. Add the flour, baking soda and salt, and knead.
  5. We add the chopped chocolate and distribute it over the dough.
  6. We make a ball, put it in the refrigerator and let it cool so we can work with it.
  7. Once cold, we take it out, shape it into a ball and place it in our Chef Non Stick 24 pan . With our fingers we stretch it a little without reaching the edges because it will grow later.
  8. We bake for 20 minutes, before removing we click to check that it is there.
  9. We let it cool on a rack and serve.
  10. Keep in mind that the oven temperature should not exceed 200º with this pan. It is very important to read the uses and maintenance of our household items.
