Pasta gets us out of a lot of trouble, that is undeniable, and they are dishes that we love because we can vary them as many times as we want.
Today we bring you a recipe for pasta with edamame that we have fallen in love with, prepare the ingredients and this will be ready in no time.

Ingredients
400g fresh Fusilli
300g edamame pods
3-4 fresh garlic
Salt
Pepper
50g grated parmesan
Extra virgin olive oil
Thyme
Preparation
- In our high Amazonia saucepan we put plenty of water, heat it and once it starts to boil we add the edamame pods, cook for 4 minutes. Once the time has passed, we drain, unsheath and reserve.
- We rinse the saucepan, fill it with water again and cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- In a frying pan, add a splash of oil, add the finely cut garlic and the tomatoes cut in half, and sauté for a few minutes until softened. Add the edamame, salt, pepper and mix.
- Add the drained pasta to the sauce, sauté for a few minutes and serve immediately.
- Once we serve, we put the grated parmesan and a few leaves of fresh thyme on top.
