Fusilli con edamame

Pasta gets us out of a lot of trouble, that is undeniable, and they are dishes that we love because we can vary them as many times as we want.

Today we bring you a recipe for pasta with edamame that we have fallen in love with, prepare the ingredients and this will be ready in no time.

400g fresh Fusilli

300g edamame pods

3-4 fresh garlic



50g grated parmesan

Extra virgin olive oil



  1. In our high Amazonia saucepan we put plenty of water, heat it and once it starts to boil we add the edamame pods, cook for 4 minutes. Once the time has passed, we drain, unsheath and reserve.
  2. We rinse the saucepan, fill it with water again and cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. In a frying pan, add a splash of oil, add the finely cut garlic and the tomatoes cut in half, and sauté for a few minutes until softened. Add the edamame, salt, pepper and mix.
  4. Add the drained pasta to the sauce, sauté for a few minutes and serve immediately.
  5. Once we serve, we put the grated parmesan and a few leaves of fresh thyme on top.
