Noodle wok with vegetables

Wok de noodles con verduras

Vegetables are some of the ingredients that work best when cooked in a wok.

Without a doubt, they are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

On this occasion we prepared the vegetables in the classic Chinese frying pan in the company of some spicy noodles.

Difficulty: Easy

For: 4 people

Time: 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

360 gr of noodles

1 carrot

1 chive

1 garlic

1 handful of long green beans

½ zucchini

1 cp. grated ginger

Olive oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce

Chopped parsley

Preparation:

Cook the noodles in the Amazonia high pot according to the manufacturer's instructions. Drain and reserve.

While we prepare the vegetables. We chop them with the help of a knife and leave them well chopped.

We heat the Amazonia wok with a little oil and when it is hot we add the chopped garlic, chives and ginger. We sauté for a few seconds and add the rest of the chopped vegetables except the beans, which we can add whole.

Sauté the vegetables for a few minutes until they are almost cooked. Add the fish sauce, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce and add the cooked noodles.

We mix everything well so that all the vegetables are integrated and the noodles are heated.

Finally, we add chopped parsley.
