Spaghetti with arrabiata sauce

Espaguetis con salsa arrabiata

Pasta is one of our favorite dishes and these spaghetti with arrabbiata sauce are a luxury. It doesn't matter how you make it, the pasta is always delicious, there are countless sauces to accompany it, as well as different types of pasta, so we will make a recipe book for you so that you don't run out of ideas.


  • 400g spaghetti
  • 800 g of peeled natural tomato (you can use canned tomato)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 3-4 chillies
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 150g grated Parmesan
  • Fresh basil to decorate


  1. We peel the garlic and slice it.
  2. We put our Solid+ tall saucepan on the heat, add the olive oil and add the chillies and sliced ​​garlic, being careful not to burn them. To do this, we put the heat on medium low and we will not stop stirring. The amount of chilli is optional, but if you like it spicy and are brave, go ahead.
  3. Add the well-drained and peeled tomato, season with salt, add the aromatic herbs, stir and let cook for 20-25 minutes, during which time it should reduce.
  4. Meanwhile we cook the pasta, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Once we have the pasta cooked, drain it and add it to the sauce that is already ready. We stir to mix everything well.
  6. We serve and decorate with grated partisans and fresh basil.
