We encourage you to try this fresh salmon salad to vary a little from the typical summer salads, it is a fresh, nutritious, easy and very quick starter to make to surprise those sitting around the table.
Without a doubt, it is a delicious salad that combines fresh salmon and fruit in an excellent way and accompanied by the yogurt sauce it makes it even better.
Ingredients: 4 people- 1⁄2 melon
- 200 g fresh salmon loins, cleaned of bones and skin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 avocado
- 4 fresh basil leaves
- 1 little lemon juice
- 1 yogurt
- 2 cass of olive oil
- 2 cp. lemon juice
- Salt
- Cut the fresh salmon into medium cubes, heat the 24 cm Mineral frying pan without oil and brown the salmon cubes on both sides over medium heat for a few minutes or to the point of the diner. Reserve.
- Cut the avocado and melon into small cubes and mix with the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate.
- In a bowl, emulsify all the sauce ingredients.
- Serve the melon and avocado salad with the fresh salmon cubes, basil and yogurt sauce on the side.
