Another option is to prepare some good scrambled eggs for breakfast, one of the most important meals of the day that should not be left out. Unfortunately, not everyone has time every day to prepare or enjoy them, so we must take advantage of the weekends to enjoy family breakfasts.

They are prepared in a simple and quick way but sometimes atrocities are committed since they are cooked over very high heat and left to cook for too long, they go from being juicy and soft to becoming a dry and boring dish.

They have no secret other than to use good free-range eggs to prepare them, do not beat both the whites and the yolks too much, use a good non-stick frying pan, season with salt and pepper before cooking them and remove the pan in time so that they are neither dry nor rubbery.

This type of eggs accept other ingredients such as spinach, mushrooms, asparagus, turkey or ham, also with a few slices of toast they will complete your breakfast.

Ingredients: 4 people
  • 6 fresh eggs
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 7 -8 cherry tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • Chopped parsley
Preparation:
  1. Separate the egg whites and yolks and put them in two bowls with a little salt, beat lightly.
  2. Heat a little oil and butter in the 24 cm Unica frying pan over medium-low heat. When the butter is melted, add the sliced ​​garlic along with the cut tomatoes and sauté for a couple of minutes with a little salt. Reserve in a separate bowl.
  3. In the same pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and add the lightly beaten egg whites. With the help of a spatula, turn them around so that they set. In a short time they will be very soft and creamy, just enough to incorporate the yolks that are just They will be previously mixed.
  4. Add the yolks carefully and let the mixture set for a minute or a little longer. Add the reserved tomatoes to the mixture. Finish mixing all the ingredients, adjust the salt and pepper and remove the pan from the heat, the same heat will finish cooking the scrambled eggs.
  5. Serve immediately and scatter the chopped parsley on top.
  6. They can be eaten alone or accompanied by slices of toasted bread.
