Put yourself in the situation, a breakfast slowly enjoying some delicious coffee muffins. We are delighted to do it from time to time, because we are really passionate about these spongy muffins with that subtle coffee flavor. Enjoying these small moments is necessary and especially if we do what is on the table with love and affection.

  • 220g flour
  • 20g pure cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 220g brown sugar
  • 1 egg L
  • 50ml milk
  • 200ml of coffee
  • 120g melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. We preheat the oven to 200º
  2. In a 18cm Mineral saucepan . We melt the butter and let it cool.
  3. We prepare the coffee in our Induction Rock coffee maker and reserve.
  4. In a bowl we sift the flour, salt, baking soda and cocoa.
  5. Add the sugar and mix.
  6. In another bowl we mix the milk, coffee, butter, egg and vanilla. We stir with some rods to integrate everything.
  7. Next we add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and beat until we get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
  8. Pour the dough into our muffin molds or cases (fill 1/3 of these).
  9. Bake 20-30 minutes until ready.
  10. Remove and let cool on a rack.
