It doesn't happen to you sometimes that some friends suddenly tell you and you don't have anything for dessert. Well, here you have the definitive dessert that will help you in these situations, which often occur. A quick, delicious dessert that your guests will surely be so amazed that they will return.

600g red fruits

100g brown sugar

250g flour

150g sugar

150g butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. For this recipe we can use frozen or fresh berries. If you are going to use them frozen, you must defrost them first and drain them well to release all the water.
  2. In a bowl we put the red fruits, brown sugar and vanilla, stir and set aside.
  3. In another bowl we sift the flour, add the sugar and the cold butter cut into cubes.
  4. With our fingers we mix until we get a texture of crumbs or dirt.
  5. We preheat the oven to 200º.
  6. In our In&Out pan we place the red fruits and on top we put the flour and butter crumbs. We cover and put in the oven, remove the mango to our pan.
  7. We leave it for 15-20 minutes or until it is golden and has formed a crust.
  8. Once our crumble is ready, we take it out and serve.
  9. We can consume it warm and cold.
