For the bagged potato omelette:
8 medium eggs or 6 large eggs
150 g bagged potatoes
1 splash of oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Twin SOLID+ frying pan
For the roasted peppers:
3-4 peppers -1 per person A splash of extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste

PREPARATION:
- Pour the eggs into a large bowl and beat with a whisk. Add the bagged potatoes and mix with the egg, a pinch of salt and pepper -to taste-. Let them soak for a couple of minutes to soften and soak up the egg.
- Heat your Twin SOLID+ frying pan over medium-high heat, add a splash of oil and pour the mixture into the pan. When you see it starting to set, turn it over by closing the Twin SOLID+ and continue cooking until it is set on the other side. Remove and reserve.
- Put the green peppers in the pan with a splash of oil and cook until they are lightly toasted on each side. Close the Twin SOLID+ and let it cook over low heat for about 10-14 minutes.
- Serve the tortilla with the peppers and eat.
