The sweet crepes We like them but this salty version is very tempting. Some spinach crepes that you can fill them with the ingredients that you like the most or serve them along with meat and fish.

Ingredients:
125 ml of water
125ml milk
2 eggs
Salt
110g flour
40g butter room temperature
250g spinach fresh
Elaboration
- In In our Optima saucepan we put plenty of water and once it starts to boil, Add the washed spinach and blanch for a few minutes. We take out, we drain well and let it cool.
- we put in the mixer glass the rest of the ingredients to make the dough for the Crepes. We beat until everything is mixed.
- We incorporate the spinach and blend again.
- we leave rest the dough for 30 minutes.
- Grease the Efficient crepe maker with a little butter, heat on the stove, fill a ladle with the dough and pour, Tilt the pan forming circles so that a thin film is formed.
- A After a few minutes, turn around carefully, do the other side of the crepe and repeat with the rest of the dough.
- Serve immediately.
