Crepes con guacamole y salmón

Would you like a different dinner? These savory crepes with guacamole and salmon are perfect to enjoy a slightly different dinner. We usually make sweet recipes with crepes but they are very enjoyable when savory and there are also countless variations that we can make with leftovers that we have in the refrigerator.

For the crepes

120g flour

2 eggs

120ml milk

120ml of water

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons of pomade butter

For the filling


Smoked salmon

fresh cilantro


  1. In a bowl we lightly beat the eggs.
  2. We add the milk, water and butter and mix.
  3. Add the flour, salt and mix until all the ingredients are integrated.
  4. We let it rest for a few minutes.
  5. We grease our Solid+ pan with a little butter, heat it, pour part of the mixture with a saucepan and with circular movements of the pan we spread the dough.
  6. We heat for a few minutes on one side, turn and cook until golden on the other side.
  7. We repeat the operation with all the dough.
  8. We fill our crepes with guacamole and smoked salmon, decorate with fresh chopped cilantro.
