Ingredients:
1 small onion
1 large leek
1 clove garlic
2-3 tablespoons of virgin olive oil

2 chopped potatoes
800 ml vegetable broth
300 gr of lamb's lettuce
300 g of spinach
150 ml evaporated milk


Preparation:
Wash the spinach, lamb's lettuce and leek well.
Finely chop the garlic, leek, and onion and sauté in the 24 cm Gray pot with the olive oil.
and a little salt.
Add the chopped potatoes, a little salt and pepper, the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Add the lamb's lettuce and chopped spinach and continue cooking for 5 more minutes.
Add the evaporated milk and blend well.
Serve the cream hot with some lamb's lettuce leaves and toasted sesame seeds.
