Ingredients:
1 small onion
1 large leek
1 clove garlic
2-3 tablespoons of virgin olive oil

2 chopped potatoes
800 ml vegetable broth
300 gr of lamb's lettuce
300 g of spinach
150 ml evaporated milk
Preparation:
Wash the spinach, lamb's lettuce and leek well.
Finely chop the garlic, leek, and onion and sauté in the 24 cm Gray pot with the olive oil.

Add the chopped potatoes, a little salt and pepper, the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
