Cauliflower in spicy sauce

Coliflor en salsa picante
A delicious way to eat cauliflower, with a spicy and different touch to enjoy a delicious and comforting dish. Are you up for cauliflower?


1 small or 1/2 large cauliflower

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

a pinch of pepper

2 tbsp soy sauce

Wheat flour/cornstarch

ginger root

4 cloves of garlic

1 onion

1 tbsp sesame oil

4 tbsp agave syrup

6 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp fried tomato

60 ml of water

Juice of half a lemon


1. We separate the bouquets or flowers from the cauliflower
2. In a bowl, add the cauliflower, paprika, garlic powder, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a pinch of pepper and 2 tablespoons of flour and stir well until it is completely wet.
3. In the pan we add a neutral oil and add the cauliflower and fry it until golden
4. While we chop the onion, ginger and garlic (the idea is in a chopper) so that it is very fine
5. We remove the cauliflower and let it rest.
6. We put the chopped vegetables in the pan and fry, when it is golden we add the fried tomato and stir.
7. Next we add the rest of the ingredients, except the water, 1 tbsp of wheat flour or cornstarch, which we are going to mix with the water before adding to the heat.
8. Once mixed, add the water and stir until it thickens.
9. We add the cauliflower when it is already thick and enjoy
