Give your favorite chili a twist with a touch of dark chocolate! This recipe is ideal for surprising everyone with a unique and deep flavor.
INGREDIENTS:
· 200 gr of beans
· 1 onion
· 2 cloves of garlic
· 2 carrots
· 1/2 Red pepper
· 1/2 green pepper
· 400 gr crushed tomato
· Sweet paprika
· Cayenne
· Thyme
· Cumin
· 2 ounces of pure chocolate
· Salt Oil
· Water
STEPS:
1. Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Chop the carrots, red and green peppers.
2. In the pan, add a good splash of oil and add the onion and garlic to sauté them.
3. Add the carrot and peppers and cook until tender.
4. Add the tomato, beans and spices. Stir and cook for 5-8 minutes.
5. Add the chocolate and let it melt.
6. Serve with rice, pasta, quinoa or even in tacos! It goes with everything.
