Piedmontese bonet or Italian chocolate flan

Bonet is a typical Piedmontese flan from Italy made with amaretti cookies. It is similar to our egg flan, very easy to make and with a delicious result. It has an intense chocolate and amaretto flavor.

Ingredients:

• 500ml milk
• 4 eggs
• 100g sugar
• 40g cocoa powder
• 150g amaretti cookies
• 10 cookies to decorate

To make the caramel:

• 120g sugar
• 80 g water
