When we talk about cheesecakes it seems that there are only the typical cakes made with cream cheese and jam coverage. Well today we bring you a Manchego cheese cake with quince topping. Does that sound good?
Ingredients:
- 350 gr. Manchego cheese or a cured cheese
- 320 gr. Mascarpone cheese
- 85 gr. Cornstarch or fine corn flour
- 100 gr. cream (35% MG)
- 6 eggs M
- 125 gr. quince
- 6-8 tablespoons of water
