This dish with an Asian touch is very easy and quick to prepare, and it is so good that you will surely succeed.
Ingredients:
4 salmon loins
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp mirin sauce (or rice vinegar)
1 tbsp cornstarch diluted in 50 ml of water
1 tsp butter
Sesame seeds and chives to decorate
In the Solid pan put the soy sauce, honey and mirin sauce. Stir over medium heat and add the cornstarch dissolved in the water. Stir for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens. Booking.
Now melt the butter in the pan and place the salmon fillets skin side down. Cook for 4 minutes at medium temperature. Flip and cook 2 more minutes.
Add the teriyaki sauce that we had reserved. Cook for a couple more minutes, turning the salmon so that the sauce coats well on all sides.
Serve with sesame seeds and chives, and accompany with vegetables.
