The Sunset collection by Monix® is ideal for those looking for quality and practicality in the kitchen with the best quality-price ratio. This set is made up of three pans: 18 cm, 22 cm and 26 cm in diameter.
The pans are made of 3mm thick forged aluminum with a top layer of maximum non-stickness, a reinforced middle layer and a non-deformable aluminum layer. Xylan® Whitford nonstick coating is PFOA free and self-lubricating. It acts as an electrical insulator and is resistant to all types of abrasion and strong acids. In addition, it can withstand continuous temperatures of 220°C without suffering any type of alteration.
They have heat-resistant Bakelite handles with ergonomic format and great thickness with red insert and Monix® logo. The pans are suitable for all types of cookers, including induction, and are easy to clean in the dishwasher.
