The Mineral frying pan is made of the best quality 4mm thick forged aluminum and thanks to its new 18/10 stainless steel riveted handle design, it will allow you to put it in the oven. In addition, its Quantanium three-layer nonstick with Titanium particles allows the performance of this piece to be far superior to traditional nonstick.
