Vegetable and pork wok

Today we are going to show you a very well-known dish such as vegetable wok, but we wanted to give it our special touch.

You already know that there are as many recipes as there are cuisines in the world and everyone makes their own version, cooking is like that, this way we can take advantage of ingredients we have without sticking to original recipes, let's put that personal touch on our dishes.

Ingredients

1 large red pepper

1 large yellow pepper

2-3 green peppers

1 onion

1 Iberian prey

150g mushrooms

2 sprigs of cherry tomatoes

1 bunch of green asparagus

Elaboration

  1. We wash and cut the vegetables (except the mushrooms, if they are small we can leave them whole, if not we can slice them)
  2. We cut the prey into strips and season with salt and pepper.
  3. We put a splash of oil in our Diamond wok and heat it up.
  4. We add the dam and brown it, once ready we take it out and reserve.
  5. Add the onion to the wok and sauté (if necessary, add a little oil)
  6. Once ready, add the peppers and sauté until softened.
  7. It's the turn of the mushrooms, tomatoes and asparagus, we sauté everything for a few minutes, season with salt and pepper and add the prey.
  8. We cook for a few minutes and serve.
  • You can add soy if you like, in that case reduce the salt.
  • If you have other types of vegetables and you want to take advantage of them, you already know everything in the wok and it will be great.
  • The prey releases a little fat that gives the vegetables an indescribable taste.
