Breakfast is undoubtedly the best time of the day. If you also have time to enjoy them without rushing and accompanied by some delicious pancakes…….the plan couldn't be better. We love pancakes, these are something different since they have a special ingredient, matcha tea, which gives them that particular color and a touch of delicious flavor.



  • 200g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 200ml milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder or Royal yeast
  • 1 tablespoon matcha tea


  1. In a bowl we mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, yeast, salt and tea. We reserve.
  2. We beat the eggs.
  3. We add the rest of the ingredients, the beaten eggs, the milk and the oil to the flour mixture.
  4. With the help of some whisks we mix, it will not be necessary to beat it too much, it will only be necessary to mix it and ensure that there are no lumps in the dough.
  5. We put our pan on the heat and grease it with butter, once hot we pour a portion of dough into the center of the pan. This way they will always come out round and if you always put the same amount they will all turn out the same.
  6. We let the bubbles begin to come out and we turn it around, leave it for a minute and that's it.
  7. We repeat the same operation until we finish the dough. Don't forget to grease the pan with a little butter, that will also add flavor.
  8. We place the pancakes on a plate on top of each other so that they keep warm and we serve.
  9. We can accompany them with cream, syrup or honey.
