Cream pancakes

Breakfasts or snacks deserve a recipe like this. Some cream pancakes, different from the ones we usually make but they are delicious.

A sweet bite is always welcome, isn't it?

Ingredients

250g cream 35% fat

240g flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 pinch of salt

3 spoonfuls of sugar

1 egg L

1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Blueberries or red fruits

Syrup

Preparation

  1. In a bowl we sift the flour together with the salt.
  2. We make a well in the center and add the cream, the egg and the vanilla essence.
  3. We mix everything until we form a smooth dough. If the dough is a little hard, we add a little more cream.
  4. We form balls, crush with our hands.
  5. We put our Green frying pan over low heat, previously greased with butter.
  6. We place our pancakes one by one and cook on each side until they turn golden brown.
  7. We serve with blueberries and syrup.
