Breakfasts or snacks deserve a recipe like this. Some cream pancakes, different from the ones we usually make but they are delicious.
A sweet bite is always welcome, isn't it?
Ingredients
250g cream 35% fat
240g flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
3 spoonfuls of sugar
1 egg L
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Blueberries or red fruits
Syrup
Preparation
- In a bowl we sift the flour together with the salt.
- We make a well in the center and add the cream, the egg and the vanilla essence.
- We mix everything until we form a smooth dough. If the dough is a little hard, we add a little more cream.
- We form balls, crush with our hands.
- We put our Green frying pan over low heat, previously greased with butter.
- We place our pancakes one by one and cook on each side until they turn golden brown.
- We serve with blueberries and syrup.
