Flip the tortilla with this vegetable one that gives it a very pretty tone and also fills it with vitamins.
Ingredients
5 eggs
2 zucchini
2 leeks
2 green peppers
With the help of a Solid + knife, chop all the vegetables into brunoise (in very small squares).
When we have them ready, we heat the deepest pan of a Twin Solid + Frying Pan with a teaspoon of olive oil.
When the oil is hot, add the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for a few minutes until the vegetables become soft.
Once the vegetables are ready, transfer them to a plate. In a large bowl, mix the eggs and add the vegetables. We reserve.
Return the pan to the heat, adding a little olive oil if necessary. When it is very hot, add the egg and vegetable mixture and let it set gently for about 4 minutes. After this time, we fit the second double frying pan, close it and turn the omelette.
We let it set on the other side for another 4 minutes.
We serve accompanied by a little salad and some tomatoes.
