Ingredients:
Base:
Maria cookies
Butter
Black layer:
250 ml soy milk
300 ml soy cream
50 g of sugar
200 g dark chocolate
1 sachet of agar-agar
Milk chocolate layer:
250 ml soy milk
300 ml soy cream
50 g of sugar
200 g milk chocolate
1 sachet of agar-agar
White chocolate layer:
250 ml soy milk
300 ml soy cream
50 g of sugar
200 g milk chocolate
1 sachet of agar-agar
Steps:
1. For the cookie base, crush the cookies and mix them with the melted butter forming a layer on the bottom of the mold.
2. For each of the layers, we will mix the ingredients in the saucepan over medium heat. with melted chocolate. When it starts to boil, remove from the heat and pour into the mold. We will let each layer cool before adding the next one.
3. Once all the layers are ready, and we have cooled them, it is ready to enjoy!
