Noodles with shrimp and mushrooms

These noodles with shrimp and mushrooms are going to be part of your recipe book without a doubt. A very tasty pasta dish thanks to the mix of flavors that its ingredients give it. We can combine pasta with a multitude of sauces and ingredients and it is a dish that should not be missing from our diet.

Today's recipe is sure to delight you, we are delighted with this dish that is going to be the protagonist on our table today.


  • 44 g of noodles
  • 1/2 shrimp or prawns
  • 150g mushrooms
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon hot paprika
  • Extra virgin olive oil

  1. We peel our shrimp and remove the gut. We put the heads and skin in an Óptima saucepan, add 200ml of water and prepare the fumé (if you want you can add a little more water and save the remaining fumé for another preparation or you can even use it to cook your pasta in it)
  2. We cook the pasta in an Óptima 22cm saucepan following the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. In our 28cm Silver frying pan we add 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil and the chopped garlic, sauté until they are slightly golden and add the shrimp, when they are pink we add the tablespoon of paprika and sauté. We remove from the pan and reserve.
  4. In the same pan we add another little bit of oil, heat it and add the cleaned mushrooms cut into quarters. We sauté for a few minutes and add the shrimp, then with the help of a strainer we will add 150-200ml of the smoke and let it boil for one or two minutes so that the flavors mix. We taste and add the salt.
  5. At this point we will put the pasta in the pan and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  6. We serve and decorate with fresh chopped parsley.
