Turkey can never be missing at Christmas. On this occasion we present you sirloins stuffed with a sweet wine sauce ideal for Christmas dinners. We are aware of the rush of these dates and the advantage is that this dish can be prepared in advance. The result is a very complete and successful recipe.
Ingredients:- 500 g mushrooms
- 2 turkey tenderloins
- 150 g bacon
- 50 g peeled walnuts
- 1 onion
- Butter
- 1 c/s flour
- 1 glass of sweet wine
- 1⁄2 l meat broth
- Chive
- Clean and chop the mushrooms very finely. In a 24 cm single frying pan without any fat, add the mushrooms and let them reduce as much as possible until they release all the water.
- Open the tenderloins with the help of a knife to leave them as flat as possible. Season with salt and pepper and put on top of a piece of plastic wrap that will help us roll it up later.
- Put some strips of bacon and then add the mushrooms and chopped walnuts.
- Start rolling carefully until you get a curl. These curlers must cool to gain consistency.
- Carefully remove the plastic wrap and brown on all sides with a little oil in a 24 cm Single frying pan. Transfer to a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC.
- In the same pan, sauté an onion. Add the tablespoon of flour and stir. Then water with the wine. When the alcohol evaporates, add the meat broth. Let it boil for a few minutes and beat it out in a container. Return to the pan and reduce for a few minutes until it reaches a sauce consistency.
- To serve, cut the roll into discs and drizzle with the sauce. Finish with a little chopped chives.
