Desserts are the protagonists these holidays, man does not live on salty food alone. That's why this red fruit Panna Cotta will be the culmination of our lunch or dinner, leaving no one indifferent. A very simple, quick dessert that you can have prepared the day before, so you will enjoy the company without having to be in the kitchen.
Ingredients:- 500ml cream 35% fat
- 100g sugar
- 5 gelatin sheets
- A teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 125g raspberries
- 100g currants
- 50g blueberries
- Some mint leaves

We begin by hydrating the gelatin leaves, to do this we put them in a bowl of cold water and set aside.
- We put our 20cm Mineral saucepan on the heat with the cream, sugar and vanilla essence. We stir and wait for it to boil.
- In a bowl, crush some raspberries and set aside.
- Once the cream mixture begins to boil, remove from the heat and add the well-drained gelatin. We stir so that it mixes well.
- We add the red fruits to the mixture, reserving some for decoration.
- With a spoon we distribute the raspberry puree, painting the walls of our presentation jars, this will make them more attractive.
- We distribute the cream mixture into the glasses and put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, so that it sets completely.

Once ready, we take out and decorate with our red berries and a few mint leaves, to give color and aroma.
