Sardines can be cooked in many ways, it is a type of fish that accepts many ingredients and today's ones come with an orange flavor. They are very fresh and summery sardines, which invite you to eat in the garden and put a good white wine in the refrigerator.
You dare? Ingredients:- 1⁄2 kg of gut-cleaned sardines
- 4 slices of candied orange
- 3 sage leaves
- 1 small garlic without the germ
- The juice of 1⁄2 orange
- 50 ml olive oil
- Orange zest
- Wash the sardines, drain well and add a little salt.
- In a processor or chopper, put the candied orange, garlic and sage leaves and chop well.
- Fill the sardines with a little of the orange farce, without washing the chopper, add the olive oil and orange juice and mix well until emulsified. Reserve the dressing.
- We are going to cook the sardines on the Monix non-stick Magmagriddle . In a few minutes we will have them cooked.
- Put a little orange oil that we have reserved on the hot griddle, brown the sardines on both sides for about 2-3 minutes, depending on the size, when they are almost cooked, paint the sardines again with more oil from the dressing.
- Serve with orange zest.
